# Provider-agnostic

> Not tied to any single bank or provider: capabilities work the same whichever providers are connected.

Provider-agnostic means an organisation's financial services are not hard-wired to one institution. The capabilities, rules and experience belong to the organisation; providers are connected beneath them and can be added, replaced or combined. A new provider or a new market becomes a configuration change, not a rebuild.
