Who we are

Federated Banking™ operates this site. When this notice says “we”, it means Federated Banking™. You can reach us through the contact form on the home page.

What we collect

When you send a request (to build a network, book a demo, request access, create a sandbox, ask about developer access or contact us), we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, role, and any notes or message you add. For the sandbox request we also keep the configuration you chose.

To limit abuse, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your network address and your browser description alongside the request. We cannot turn the fingerprint back into your address.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or behavioural analytics.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your request, to send you one confirmation email, and to follow up on what you asked for. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our team sees your request. Service providers that host this site and send email on our behalf process it only to do that work for us. We share it with others only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to respond and to follow up, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to our use of it. Write to us through the contact form and we will reply.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
